The sky is the limit (if that). Collectively, human potential for graceful flourishing is boundless. But transformation starts within the individual. That’s the catch. People are terribly hard to change. Our intellect can identify the bio-cultural and biographical barriers, but fails to overcome them. Because that’s impossible.
The only way out, is through. Transformation is mundane magic, 100% organic and miracle-free. It goes like this: let go of expectation, lean in to embodied experience & embrace the resistance. Now drop all effort and enjoy yourself grow. Simple! NOT easy. Pleasurable. And scary. Concrete. But only in hindsight.
We are our own worst enemies. It’s silly, really. We try too hard, dare too little, and seek in all the wrong places. The good news: whatever your path and pace, a life of meaningful exuberance is always within reach. The bad news: you’ll have to stop reaching. Embrace what is. Including all the icky bits.
Love is the answer.
Now, how do we ask the right questions?
Embodied
Authenticity
Be in your element. What’s better than doing what I love? Being what I love. When I embody my authentic self, the moments that make up my life carry inner peace and ooze ethical ecstasy. Also when everything sucks and I fuck up. The more I dare to stay present to my embodied experience, the more I can examine myself, without doubting my Self. The more I can care for myself, in a way that empowers others. The more I can meet life with courage and compassion. High call? Stop settling for less.
Feel alive & connected. Procreation, performance, pressure-release? Don’t waste the power of sexual energy. It’s our life force. Replenished, it makes us feel safe enough to surrender and go deeper: professionally, emotionally, spiritually. Unfurl your sexuality: un-stick shame, the guilt, the fear. Gently. Deeply. Lean into making love to life, and it’s bounty will keep on giving. Let the sense of grounded expansion transport you wherever you choose to go. Claim the riches of life through conscious intimacy and eloquent sensuality. Oh, and have way better sex, naturally. The path of pleasure is always be-coming.

Surf complexity. We yield to explicit reasoning in the face of uncertainty, but it’s a losing bargain. The momentary sense of safety costs us our Greatness. Tuned into our intuition, comprehension is quick, knowing subtle, the picture bigger. Meaning trumps doubt, trust feeds acceptance. Creativity blooms. Train your sixth sense, access the non-verbal modes of knowledge and insight. Let go the fear of pain, invite the inner child to play. As you tap into your dynamic, connecting, creative intelligence, the fear of uncertainty loses its grip.
