about
In 2019, I quit my PhD in cognitive anthropology to embrace group- and body-work as a more effective way to change minds, heal hearts and transform lives. Combining academic insight into human nature with well over 10 years of personal practice in various somatic traditions (yoga, tantra & drama), I am committed to spreading the gift of authentic loving: one exhalation at a time.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a facilitator with Set and Setting Retreats.

Empirical. I quit my PhD but never stopped being a sucker for scrutiny, skepticism & truth. It just so happens, much of it is stored in the body.
Transdisciplinary. I synthesize my personal experience and professional training in research and somatic – spiritual practices, weaving in elements from Tantra, Drama, Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation.
Spirited. I am allergic to new-agey woo-woo. But there is nothing esoteric about spirit.
